Dan Prince is the founder and President of Prince Market Research.  He is highly skilled in research design, focus group moderating, and interpreting and presenting results to clients. Dan has a special interest in conducting satisfaction and strategy studies to help companies improve both customer retention and customer acquisition, and his passion for customer service is second to none.  Dan and his wife Barbara enjoy traveling and spending time with their daughter Lauren. His special interests include trains, tennis, sampling barbecue and reading mystery novels.
